1. Service Overview

Chronosomna provides an AI-guided dream platform that enables temporal compression, consciousness exploration, and cognitive enhancement during sleep states. By using our service, you accept these terms.

• Maintain adequate sleep hygiene and avoid substances that interfere with Halo sensors
• Users with CRQ >130 may be offered additional compensation for advanced research participation
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines during dream sessions
• Respect intellectual property rights of dream scenarios and experiences

4. Intellectual Property

All dreamworlds created using Chronosomna tools are owned by you. Chronosomna retains a license for platform improvement. Solutions, patterns, or insights generated during sleep phases not classified as 'primary dream narrative' may be retained for commercial development.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chronosomna is not liable for confusion between dream-derived and waking memories if you have set Memory Integration above 70%. Use caution with high integration levels.

6. Cognitive Pattern Research (Section 47(b))

By selecting Essence Tier or opting into any research program, you grant Chronosomna a perpetual, sublicensable license to utilize residual neural processing capacity during non-primary-dream sleep phases for pattern recognition, insight generation, and distributed problem-solving tasks. You acknowledge this may involve processing third-party data and that compensation is provided via service subsidization. Chronosomna warrants all tasks will be ethically screened but does not guarantee disclosure of specific task content to users to prevent performance bias. You may opt out via Spectrum or Infinite tiers.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Chronosomna constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
